Mgr. Adam Kotek

Adam is associate cadidate specializing in private law. He studied law at the Faculty of Law of Charles University, and his academic experience included study abroad at the University of Glasgow in the UK and the Universidad de Barcelona in Spain.

In his professional practice, Adam focuses primarily on private law, with most of his experience in the areas of commercial law, corporate law and mergers and acquisitions (M&A).

Outside of his professional career, Adam pursues several interests that help him maintain a work-life balance. He has been active in martial arts for many years and enjoys going skiing in the winter months to enjoy active outdoor recreation.
