Mgr. Jáchym Reizer

Jáchym started with us as a student with an interest in contract and corporate law, litigation and insolvency. He graduated from the Faculty of Law of Masaryk University. In his master thesis Jáchym focused on the conflict between insolvency and enforcement proceedings.

As an associate, Jáchym has a general practice with a light focus on civil litigation (including enforcement and insolvency) and corporate law. However, he is also involved in public law areas such as administrative proceedings and litigation before administrative courts. Jáchym does not have a narrow legal focus and thus focuses on a wide range of different legal issues and areas according to the current needs of his clients.
