Lukáš joined the team after many years of experience in a Czech law firm specializing in public procurement, where he was the head of the public procurement department.

In his professional career, Lukáš focuses mainly on the field of public procurement. He provides legal services to the public contracting authorities, consisting of complete preparation of public procurement documents, administration of the entire procurement procedure and legal representation before both the supervisory authority and before the administrative courts. Lukáš also knows the other side of the barricade: he gives advice to contractors regarding the preparation of public tenders as well as regarding defence against improper practices of public contracting authorities.
