Petr graduated from the Faculty of Law at Charles University in Prague.

In his practice, he focuses primarily on dispute resolution and related procedural matters. He represents clients in court proceedings and also handles out-of-court dispute resolution and negotiations with opposing parties. In addition to litigation, he provides legal advice in the areas of public procurement, contract law, and commercial law, particularly in the preparation and review of contractual documentation and the resolution of legal issues related to business relationships.

In litigation, he particularly enjoys devising strategies based not only on a legal assessment of the case but also on the client’s practical options and objectives. When resolving disputes, he therefore emphasizes understanding their true nature, evaluating possible courses of action, and finding the optimal solution.

In his free time, he likes to swap the office or courtroom for a running track, the mountains, or a swing dance hall.
