Mgr. David Špelina

David joined us already in 2019 during his studies at the Faculty of Law of Charles University.

He deals with the provision of comprehensive legal advice in the area of public procurement, namely to clients in the position of both public contract awarders and public contract applicants. He also deals with general legal agenda, consisting mainly of advising business clients and taking care of the preparation of contractual and corporate documentation.
