The managing partner of our office, Jan Brodec, spoke at the Round Table on the Development of Arbitration in the Czech Republic, organized by CZIPRA and the Czech Bar Association at the Dunaj Palace in Prague.

The discussion focused on topics that are uncommon within the Czech legal environment. This includes the development of arbitration, its position in the Czech judicial system and cooperation between arbitration institutions in the Czech Republic.
