Our office participated in the preparation of the PPP project of the D55 motorway

The Ministry of Transport of the Czech Republic announced a competition for the preparation of the PPP project for the completion of the D55 motorway in the Bzenec - Břeclav section. Our office, in cooperation with Weinhold Legal, participated in the legal support of the Ministry of Transport in the preparation of the terms of reference for this tender procedure.

Karel Masopust and David Špelina participated in the project on behalf of our team.
