Representatives of our office spoke at the 2025 Expert Conference in České Budějovice

On December 3–4, 2025, the prestigious Expert Conference 2025 took place at the University of Technology and Economics in České Budějovice, with representatives of our office, Jan Brodec and Veronika Ondruchová, also speaking at the event.

Jan Brodec moderated the third expert panel on the first day of the conference, which focused on current practical issues in expert activities. The discussion offered a comprehensive and interdisciplinary view of the issue:

• from the perspective of experts and their daily practice,

• from the perspective of insolvency administrators,

• from the perspective of judicial practice.

The connecting theme was the practical cooperation of experts with individual entities in the legal environment. The debate also included current legislative issues, in particular the amendment to the Act on Experts, the issue of imposing disciplinary fines, and questions of expert fees.

We consider participation in this important professional event to be a significant contribution to the development of professional discussion in the field of expertise, insolvency law, and judicial practice.
