Signature Verification and the Digitization of Corporate Administration: An Interview with Kristijan Arsovski on LegalWeb.cz

Signature verification and the digitization of corporate documentation intersect more often in practice today than one might think. Nevertheless, it is not the case that every officially certified signature can simply be replaced with an electronic signature. The decisive factors are not only the type of legal transaction but also the form required by law.

In a new interview with Kristijan Arsovski, we therefore provide an overview of where digitization runs up against the limits of traditional formal requirements. At the same time, we show why it is important to consider setting up corporate processes right from the very start of a company’s formation.

Practical experience shows that the greatest complications arise not only from the legal rules themselves, but often also from poorly configured internal processes. It is precisely the quality of these processes that determines how smoothly digitization can actually be implemented in practice.
