Signature verification at the crossroads: The rules are starting to split

Our attorney Kristijan Arsovski pointed out on the LegalWeb.cz portal an important interpretative opinion of the Digital Information Agency (DIA), which changes the rules for verifying signatures in corporate documents.

The approach to digitizing legal proceedings is starting to split according to their nature. While electronic signatures can now be used for some corporate documents, it still does not replace classic signature verification for powers of attorney for notarial deeds.
