Bc. Aleš Kartusek
Paralegal
Aleš is a fifth-year student at the Faculty of Law, Charles University in Prague, and is simultaneously studying International Relations at the Faculty of Social Sciences, Charles University. Since his first year of university, he has gained practical experience in the legal profession, focusing primarily on legal research, the preparation of supporting materials, and handling legal documentation across various areas of private and administrative law.
Throughout his wide vast of experiences, he has focused mainly on commercial law, dispute resolution (including arbitration), and international law. Previously, he has participated in the Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition, the world's largest international law moot court competition, where he further developer skills such as legal argumentation, oral advocacy, and drafting written submissions. He also completed a study abroad program at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki.
In his free time, he enjoys traveling, sports, and rock climbing.
