Jan has been with us since junior lawyer practice, when he joined us from one of the leading international law firms. While gaining the required experience before taking the bar, he completed a university degree in economics (Ing.), knowledge he applies especially within the framework of transaction agendas. Jan deals with private law, real estate transactions, intellectual property law, but also dispute resolution.
Jan helps our clients both in the management of company business and in the resolution of business disputes. Jan represents important domestic and foreign clients, especially in the field of construction, engineering and the automotive industry.
