Karel joined the our team after years of experience in a leading law firm specializing in public procurement and the public sector. He leads this practice area, focusing primarily on public procurement, concessions, PPP projects, state aid, and legal matters involving subsidy financing, as well as corporate law and real estate transactions.

In the area of ​​public procurement, he assists both contracting authorities and suppliers in solving all manner of problems they face every day. He also regularly lectures on public contracts.
