Karel joined the our team after years of experience in a leading law firm specializing in public procurement and the public sector. He is in charge of this agenda here as well, when he mainly deals with public contracts, concessions, PPP projects, public aid and legal issues connected to subsidy financing, as well as business law and real estate law.

In the area of ​​public procurement, he assists both contracting authorities and suppliers in solving all manner of problems they face every day. He also regularly lectures on public contracts.
