Kristijan graduated with a master's degree from the Faculty of Law at Masaryk University in Brno, which he supplemented with a master's degree from the Faculty of Economics and Administration at the same university. He is registered in the list of attorneys maintained by the Czech Bar Association.

In his practice, he focuses primarily on court and litigation matters, debt collection, and disputes with an international dimension, where he utilizes EU law instruments. He also has experience in compliance and insolvency law. Kristijan has also participated in cases of cross-border liability for damages (particularly under the US DBA and LHWCA) and is actively involved in pro bono projects focused on mental health support.
